The XD5-40 Series from BIXOLON is made up of the XD5-40d (direct thermal), XD5-40tR and XD5-40t (thermal transfer) label printer models.
The XD5-40 Series from BIXOLON is made up of the XD5-40d (direct thermal), XD5-40tR and XD5-40t (thermal transfer) label printer models. All three are well suited for the versatile applications of retail, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, thanks to their reliable and solid performance range – the XD5-40d may also be used in laboratories and pharmacies, while the XD5-40tR additionally supports UHF RFID printing and encoding. Their maximum print speed is approximately 152 mm/sec. for the XD5-40tR and XD5-40t or 178 mm/sec. for the XD5-40d. Print resolution is either 203 dpi or a high-resolution 300 dpi, depending on the model. USB, USB host and, depending on the model and requirements, serial, ethernet, WLAN and Bluetooth interfaces ensure the XD5-40 Series' fast data processing.
The printers also feature a compact clamshell design with intuitive menu buttons and an optional LCD display. An auto cutter and peeler are installable on-site, as well as support for BIXOLON and BarTender (Seagull Scientific) label design software.
