The SKB batteries for cyclic use of the SKEV series, thanks to the use of a particular plate, are suitable for use in electric bicycles and equipment for the disabled, golf club trolleys, elevators, etc. Its efficiency in discharges is given from the possibility of carrying out approx. 600 cycles at 60% depth of discharge (3.6A continuous discharge) while discharged at 30% capacity it reaches 1,200 cycles. Battery life is considered in number of cycles.For a correct operation of the battery it is necessary to comply with some prescriptions.CHARGE: charging must be done at constant voltage, strictly following the data shown on the battery. An incorrect voltage can lead to immediate deterioration of the battery itself. It must not be left empty after its use, but must be recharged immediately.DISCHARGE: it must not be brought, during the discharge phase, to a voltage lower than 5.25Volt for a 6V battery, 10.50Volt for a 12Volt battery. CAUTION: The battery contains sulfuric acid. Care must be taken when manipulated. In case of accidental contact with acid, do not touch your eyes or mouth. Wash immediately with running water.
