Composed of a transmitter and a receiver, it allows to amplify the HDMI signal, notoriously very sensitive to the dispersion due to the excessive length of the cables (which should never exceed 15m) and to transfer it up to a maximum distance of 120m. Supports Full HD resolutions up to 1080p; uses 1 single network cable cat. 6 or 7. It also incorporates some technologies that make it an extremely flexible tool for the user: a remote control repeater that allows remote control of the HDMI source, such as HD Decoders, also in combination with an HDMI splitter; it is also based on the TCP / IP standard which allows its use, in combination with an Ethernet router or switch, with multiple receivers (14.2800.38). The switch can be used in cascade with other switches to further extend the signal range: downstream of the switch the range will again be 100m.
